9Senses offers FREE shipping on body product orders over $75.00. Otherwise there is a flat shipping rate of $13.00.
For all orders of weighted therapy products, please see the shipping list chart for rates.
9Senses ships all of our orders expedited via Canada Post.
Delivery Times
I try my very best to have your order shipped within 3 to 5 business days. This excludes weighted therapy products, which ship in 3 to 4 weeks.
Since I produce all of my body products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, your items may be made to order, therefore extending delivery times. I will always contact you if your order will be delayed for any reason.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, 9Senses is not able to accept exchanges or returns. However, if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible after you receive your order and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
