To avoid danger of suffocation and/or death, please keep weighted blankets away from infants and people who cannot freely remove the blanket themselves.
The person using the blanket must always be able to freely remove the weighted blanket any time they wish. It is recommended that any weighted item should be no more than 10% of a person’s body weight.
