FAQ

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders are welcome and will require 8 weeks advance notice.

For weighted sensory products, send me a message letting me know what you’re looking for in a blanket, including weight and dimensions. If you’re not sure about weight, the most commonly recommended weight is 10% of your body weight (or whoever will be using it).

If you’re looking for wedding favors or baby shower gifts, our custom mini soaps and mini candles would make a fine gift! Please send me a message about your desired scents, colors, and styles.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! And I offer wholesale pricing. A minimum order is required and shipping costs will be extra. Local delivery is also an option if you’re located in Vaughan, Ontario.

Please note that products sold to you may not be resold online or to another retailer. Send us an email or fill out the contact form for more details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, returns cannot be accepted.

How do you make soap?

I make my soap in small batches using the cold process method. This means that heat is not required to make the soap. We then mix distilled water and plant-based oils along with sodium hydroxide, also known as lye.

Next we add essential oils and any natural additives (ground oatmeal, charcoal powder, clay, etc.). The mixture is blended together and poured into molds. After a day or two, the soap is unmolded, cut into bars, and cured for a about four to six weeks.

Is your soap vegan?

We use raw unpasteurized honey in some of our products. They are not technically considered vegan. Everything else is vegan.

Is there an expiry date?

We don't use any preservatives in our soaps, so please keep them away from high humidity and extreme heat or cold. Handmade soap may go rancid after a year. I suggest you use them within 12 months of the purchase date, if you can store them in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
